About Ineedo
Most small business owners run their operation across a dozen places — a notebook for orders, chat messages for bookings, a card machine for payments, and memory for everything else. Ineedo brings it together so you can focus on your customers instead of admin.
Ineedo is made for the people who keep South Africa's economy moving: home bakers, hair and beauty professionals, crafters and makers, tutors and coaches, repair services, side hustles, and growing small businesses of every kind. If you sell something or book your time, Ineedo is for you.
We're an independent software product, operated as a sole proprietorship trading as “Ineedo”, based in South Africa. We're opening to a limited group of businesses first — join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment Ineedo is ready.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ineedo website at ineedo.co.za and the Ineedo application and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by a sole proprietorship trading as “Ineedo”, based in South Africa (“Ineedo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute an electronic transaction under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”).
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Ineedo for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
Ineedo provides tools that help small businesses sell products, take bookings, accept payments, and manage day-to-day operations. We may add, change, or remove features over time. The Service is currently in development and is expected to launch in 2026; some features described on this site may not yet be available.
You keep ownership of the content you add to Ineedo, including product listings, prices, images, customer details, and business information (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for your dealings with your customers, including the goods or services you sell, your pricing, fulfilment, refunds, and compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and other applicable laws. Ineedo is a tool you use to run your business; we are not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
You agree not to use the Service to break any law or sell goods or services that are illegal in South Africa; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access; send spam or fraudulent or misleading communications; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Ineedo offers paid subscription plans. Current plans and prices appear in the Pricing section above and are quoted in South African Rand. Plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees on each billing date. If a payment fails, we may retry or suspend access to paid features. We may change prices with reasonable notice. Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy below, which forms part of these Terms.
Where the Service helps you collect payments from your own customers, those payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. In addition to your subscription, a sales fee applies per transaction collected through Ineedo's embedded checkout — 8% + R2 on the Starter plan, reducing on higher plans as shown in the Pricing section. No sales fee applies to cash or EFT transactions you record yourself. We are not a bank and do not provide financial services. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your sales.
The Service — including its software, design, branding, and the “Ineedo” name and logo — belongs to us and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of it.
We work to keep Ineedo available and reliable, but we provide the Service “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ineedo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if providing the Service to you is no longer reasonably viable. We handle your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy below.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We use personal information to provide, operate, and improve the Service; create and manage your account and process subscription payments; contact you about the waitlist, your account, updates, and support; keep the Service secure and prevent fraud; and comply with our legal obligations. We rely on your consent, performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests, and legal obligations as lawful bases under POPIA.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (operators) who help us run Ineedo — hosting, database, payment processing, anti-spam verification, and email delivery — under agreements requiring them to protect it and use it only on our instructions; and with authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Some service providers may process data outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information enjoys a comparable level of protection, as required by POPIA.
We keep personal information for as long as you use the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. When no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and trusted infrastructure providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and will notify you and the Information Regulator of any breach as required by law.

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Ineedo, operated by a sole proprietorship trading as “Ineedo”, based in South Africa. It forms part of our Terms of Service and is designed to be consistent with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”).
All Ineedo plans are paid monthly subscriptions. In addition to your subscription, a sales fee applies per transaction collected through Ineedo's embedded checkout (8% + R2 on Starter, reducing on higher plans, as shown in the Pricing section). No sales fee applies to cash or EFT deals you record yourself. Sales fees are deducted at the time of each transaction and are not separately refundable, except where charged in error.
Plans (Starter, Growing Business, Established Business and Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance, in South African Rand, to the payment method on your account. Each payment covers one month of access. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees and no fixed-term contracts. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, you won't be billed again, and your account then closes at the end of that paid period.
Because subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime, we generally do not provide partial refunds for the remaining days of a month after you cancel — you keep access until the end of that paid month instead. We will gladly provide a refund where you were charged in error or twice for the same period; you were billed after cancelling and did not use the Service in the new period; a payment was taken without authorisation; or the Service was materially unavailable for a significant part of your billing period due to a fault on our side. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Where ECTA's cooling-off provisions apply to your first paid transaction, you may cancel within the period allowed by law and receive a refund of amounts paid, subject to the conditions in ECTA. This does not apply once a service has been fully performed for the period in question.
Email [email protected] from (or quoting) the email address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge and a short explanation. We aim to respond within one business day and to process approved refunds within 14 days, back to your original payment method.
If we change the price of a paid plan, we will give you advance notice. Any change applies only from your next billing date, and you are free to cancel before it takes effect.
